A local repair business serving King Township and northwest Vaughan since September 2021, built around one idea: the customer should understand the repair before paying for it.
Our story
King Valley Appliance Repair opened in September 2021 to repair kitchen and laundry appliances in homes across King Township and northwest Vaughan.
The way we work has not changed since the first call. Our own team answers the phone, the technician explains the fault at the appliance, and work starts only after you approve the price.
Today we book visits from two locations. King City serves the village and King Township out to Schomberg and the Holland Marsh. Kleinburg serves the village, Nashville Heights and the communities around it in Vaughan and King.
How we work
After diagnosis you get the repair price in plain terms. Say no to the quote and the diagnostic fee is the only charge.
Say yes and that fee is subtracted from the repair total, so diagnosis is never paid for twice.
For 90 days after the visit, the parts we fitted and our labour stay under warranty. If that fault shows up again, we return to fix it.
Gas ranges, ovens and dryers are handled only by our TSSA-certified gas technicians.
Technicians wear shoe covers indoors and wipe down the floor and counters they worked on.
An aging unit that would cost too much to save gets an honest verdict with the reasons, and the decision stays yours.
